Registration must be accompanied by a $295 Registration Fee. All entries must be postmarked no later than July 28, 2023.
All Deadlines will be Strictly Enforced.

Registration in the 2023 Mid-America Cup Design Competition also includes registration to the 2023 Arkansas Florists Association Convention.

Mid-America Cup Design Competition Information
Date: Friday, August 25, 2023
Time: 8:00 AM
Location: Wyndham Riverfront Hotel • Little Rock, AR
Once registration is received, you will be emailed a full schedule of events and all rules and regulations.
All materials for the competition will be provided. Each contestant will receive the same assortment of fresh flowers, foliage, containers, and props.
Contestants are allowed to ONLY bring the tools listed on the official tool list. You do not have to bring or use all of the tools on the list. Bring only what you may need.
Please note: Knives, Scissors, Wire Cutters, Liquid Glue, etc. will not be permitted on a plane. You MUST check your tools in a checked luggage bag.
There is NO REFUND if a contestant does not show up for the competition.
You must arrive promptly at the designated competition time. This is when you will receive critical information about the competition including design categories and expectations.
When the competition is finished, you will move your completed designs to a designated and restricted area for judging. Size requirements for the designs will be announced on-site before the competition.
Completed designs that do not meet the size requirement will be disqualified.

Winnings & Awards
The Winner of the 2023 Mid-America Cup will be announced Saturday, August 24th, during the President’s Formal Banquet.
You Must Be Present To Received Your Award.

*Reimbursement is only awarded IF the Mid-America Cup Winner registers and competes in the Slyvia Cup at SAF.
